L. Minton Rosenhouse, CPA Managing Director of ROSENHOUSE GROUP, PC, CPAs and CONSULTANTS

Minton has been practicing for over 35 years. His primary areas of practice concentration are wealth management, tax and tax planning, audits, small closely held businesses, litigation support, financial consulting, service industries (legal, medical, advertising) construction industry and the retail trades. Minton is a graduate of the University of Miami and currently serves as a lecturer for the American Institute of CPA's, the Texas Society of CPA's and various other professional organizations. Minton also holds the NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses and Texas Group I insurance license. Minton served as a founding member of the TSCPA Client Practice Section Steering committee and was chairman of the PPS Communications committee, chairman of the CPS Practice Management group committee, and a member of the CPA meetings committee. Currently Minton is a member of the Leadership Council of the Republican Jewish Coalition and is a member of the Collin County Republican Executive Committee. Civic organizations Minton participates in are the Alliance for the Mentally Ill, P.L.A.N. (Planned Living Assistance Network) of North, EQUEST Therapeutic Horse Back Riding Center which he is a former member of the board of director and various other civic and political organizations.

David Rosenhouse, CPA for ROSENHOUSE GROUP, PC, CPAs and CONSULTANTS

David has been in the accounting profession since graduating Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2001 with his Bachelor's in Business Administration with a major in accounting and in 2002 with his Masters of Science in Taxation with a specialization in personal financial planning. Upon graduating for the University of Miami, David joined the Atlanta tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP specializing in Corporate and Partnership tax compliance for large multi-national and regional companies including Intown Suites, Tractor Supply Company, and the Atlanta Falcons. In order to be closer to family, David transferred to the Dallas office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Private Company Services group. After six years with PwC, David took a position as Tax Manager with DynCorp International, a government contractor providing critical mission support and service for the US Department of State and Department of Defense. While there David managed the domestic tax function including income tax, state franchise tax, sales tax, property tax and unclaimed property reporting. Additionally, David prepared the quarterly and annual income tax provisions. He worked closely with the VP of Tax on corporate acquisitions due diligence and was the tax department leader for SOX controls and SharePoint.

Prior to leaving Atlanta, David was on the Executive Board of his synagogue and was a member of the Greater Miami Jewish Community Relations Council.

David is a Certified Public Accountants licensed by the Texas State Board of Accountancy.
